Reports
CloudControl is our sophisticated but still easy to use reporting and administrative service portal. It includes several reports that show the key service performance indicators. These are some of the available reports:

Customer support features have also been incorproated into CloudControl. A real-time chat system is avaialble to facilitate any support or configuration issues. Additionally, customers can elect to open a help desk ticket through the online ticketing system located on the portal and track the progress on any open/closed support request made to Distribution Cloud.
